Man Masturbates Publicly, Took 15 Cops To Take Him Down

Multiple Taser shocks and more than a dozen police officers were needed to take down a man accused of self servicing at a bar in Salem, Ore., while high on meth, The Oregonian reports.

Police received reports of a man acting bizarrely around 1 p.m. on Dec 23. The suspect, later identified as Andrew Frey, 37, allegedly called a locksmith and refused to pay for the service. He then went to a local market and was escorted out after refusing to leave, The Oregonian reported.

His next stop was Iggy’s Bar & Grill.

A bartender told police Frey began self servicing at the bar before moving to the bathroom to continue pleasuring himself, the newspaper reported.

Frey allegedly resisted arrest, leading cops to Taser him multiple times. After the Taser had no effect, Frey allegedly began fighting with the deputy. It took at least 15 officers to take him into custody, the report says.

Frey later told authorities he had used methamphetamine and couldn’t recall his behaviour, officials told the newspaper.
