A Nigerian researcher, Amama Benn Benedict is not happy with some villagers from Sapele in Delta State, who caught a creature that looks like a pig, killed it and distributed the meat among themselves.

Armed robber who disguises as a mad man arrested with live tortoise, POS, ATM cards and tokens


A suspected robber, Olayinka Ogundamiro, 25, who allegedly disguised as a mad person, has been arrested by the Lagos state police at Anifowoshe, Ikeja Along, Lagos State.

He was caught on Monday, 15th Jan 2018 with two bags which contained a live tortoise, POS, tokens, Tecno phone, a toy gun, a laptop charger, wrist watches, bangles and chains.

While speaking to Journalist, My Ogundamiro described himself as a Rastafarian and insisted that he wasn't a mad man.

President Buhari meets Benue leaders in the state house


President Buhari is currently in a closed door meeting with 35 elders from Benue state. The state governor, Samuel Ortom, led the elders to the meeting in the state house.
Fmr. Senate President David Mark, Minister of Agriculture Audu Ogbeh, George Akume, and Barnabas Gemade.
Part of discussions at the meeting is the recent herdsmen attacks in the state.

A priest was killed allegedly because he preached against the killings by the Fulani herdsmen in Nigeria.
Rev Father Joseph Mulimibi was killed on Wednesday, January 10, in a village in Uganda, one day after he preached against the activities of Fulani herdsmen.
