Kachikwu says fuel queues to end by Thursday April 7th
Minister of State for Petroleum and GMDOF NNPC, Ibe Kachikwu, says the
lingering fuel scarcity in Lagos and Abuja by Thursday April 7th.
Kachikwu said this during an official visit to the Petroleum Products
Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) in Abuja today April 5th
