villages, Mairari village of Konduga LGA and Izge village in Gwoza LGA in Borno state killing many people.
This is the second time the sect men are attacking Izge village.

and youths fled the village immediately they heard the sect men coming.

There were rumours that the federal government was planning to dissolve
the democratic government in Borno state and bring in a military
administrator to help stop the continuous attack by the sect men on the
state but this has been refuted by the federal government.
Meanwhile the Nigerian government sealed a portion of its North Eastern
border with Cameroon yesterday to block the movement of criminal groups
from entering into the country
