The 26-year-old beauty ended up entirely exposing her right bre*st as her red suit jacket gaped open, revealing her cleavage in all its glory.

Luckily, Rosie’s sartorial error was quickly pointed out by a female fan waiting outside the London Coliseum, where the awards had been held, in a bid to prevent the British beauty’s embarrassment.

However, the fan’s intention to spare Rosie’s blushes didn’t quite work, and she ended up drawing even more attention to the accidental flash.
