Man Rapes And Strangles His 10-Year- Old Cousin To Death In Osun

A man has been remanded to Osogbo
Chief Magistrate's Court in Osun for
raping and killing his 10-year-old
cousin.
26-year-old Rufai Idowu reportedly
committed the offence on November 4,
at about 5p.m. at Oosa Compound, Ile
Ogbo, in Ayedire Local Government Area
of the state.
Court reports revealed that Idowu
allegedly forcefully had carnal knowledge
of her when the girl, who was on a visit,
came to his room.
It was revealed that after he raped the
girl, he then strangled her with the Hijab
she wore because she started screaming
for help.
The suspect is now to be remanded in
Ilesha Prison custody.
